For made-to-order garments, full payment is required upfront to initiate the creation process. Due to the handcrafted nature and individual attention given to each piece, timelines for completion will be provided at the time of order and may vary.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We craft each item with care and intention. Shipping times will vary based on the item’s production schedule (especially for made-to-order pieces) and your location. We will provide estimated shipping dates upon order confirmation. All items are shipped from our Bismarck, ND studio. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique, artisanal nature of our products, particularly made-to-order and upcycled clothing, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We meticulously detail product descriptions and sizing to ensure you make an informed decision. In the rare event of a defect in craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@hankalbers.com to discuss a resolution. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer. Our aim is to foster mindful consumption, and this policy supports our zero-waste philosophy.
